Registrations
Firm, society and business registrations done correctly from day one.
Overview
The structure you register under decides how you are taxed, who is liable and how easily you can open bank accounts, bid for work or receive grants. Getting the paperwork right at the beginning avoids expensive corrections later.
The firm prepares deeds and bye-laws, files with the appropriate registrar and completes the tax and statutory enrolments that follow registration.
